Hi, my name is Denise,

All of us at times struggle with life and the difficult feelings that can leave us feeling sad, confused, and alone. I understand how difficult it is to make that first move and contact a professional person to help you through this difficult time.

Discussing confusing thoughts and feelings with family and friends is often too difficult and many people avoid counselling as they are unsure about what it entails.

I am an approachable and understandable counsellor with over 15 years experience in helping clients with relationship difficulties, depression, anger, fear, grief, family problems and many other issues. My aim is to help you to understand the difficult feelings you are going through and where they are coming from. I will offer you support and guidance, giving you the strength and ability to move on.

I offer long and short term therapy, (you may only require a few sessions). I see most of my clients in my private home where I encourage them to relax, take time out, and just be themselves.
